Join experienced broom maker, Noelle Swonsen, in learning hand broom making basics!
You will learn how to weave two functional hand brooms!

No prior experience is necessary
Open to all beginners! The only requirement is some manual dexterity and a beginner’s mind!
Please note that broom making is a physical activity that requires the use of both hands and feet. Moderate hand strength is recommended.
We will be: grasping, holding, turning/rotating, maintaining tension between a stick under feet and a broom in hands.
(Suggested: Flat bottom shoes or athletic shoes, you will be using your feet! Once you are in the studio barefoot is an option too)
